Something about this image just struck me as funny. It certainly wasn’t the destruction of our lovely planet or the fact that this poor astronaut would spend his last moments alive on a cold, hard rock… alone. I think it was because, just the day prior, I was viewing images of bullets piercing water balloons, eggs and soda cans captured with a high-speed camera just like the one above. (Oh, and the fact that this astronaut is entirely and completely hosed)
